Quality Policy ISO 9001

The activities covered by the ISO 9001 :2008 certification relate to management, design, procurement, inspection of equipment and materials, as well as to the manufacturing and assembly stages, at both the construction or sub-contractors' sites.

The quality indicators of different procedures are subject to analysis in every service department during process and management review meetings. Such indicators are then transmitted to the quality representative and to the top management in order to implement the action plan in collaboration with the process pilots.

Every member of staff has access to a variety of information relating to the effectiveness of the implemented system by virtue of a clear and regularly updated bulletin board.

Twice a year a meeting with coordinators of every process is carried out, enabling the analysis of all the decisions made on the basis of information retrieved from performance indicators, whether or not leading to improvements.

Thus the quality planning information is included in the different processes and procedures.
